NEW YORK, NY - December 12, 2013 - AWH Partners, LLC - a privately held, New York-based, real estate investment, development and management firm - announces that as a part of the company's hotel ownership portfolio expansion plan, it has selected Spire Hospitality to manage its soon-to-close, eight Embassy Suites Hotels. Upon taking over the Embassy Suites Hotels, Spire Hospitality, one of the nation's leading and most respected hotel management companies, will immediately begin to reposition the assets including supporting AWH Development in implementing more than $50 million in capital improvements.

The new collection of Embassy Suites Hotels are located in dynamic markets representing a broad geographic distribution.

• Embassy Suites Seattle - Bellevue in Bellevue, Wash.

• Embassy Suites Seattle - North/Lynnwood in Lynnwood, Wash.

• Embassy Suites Portland - Washington Square in Tigrad, Ore.

• Embassy Suites Cincinnati - Northeast (Blue Ash) in Blue Ash, Ohio

• Embassy Suites Colorado Springs - Colorado Springs, Colo.

• Embassy Suites Denver - Southeast in Denver, Colo.

• El Paso Suites Hotel (to regain Embassy Suites flag) - El Paso, Texas

• Embassy Suites Detroit - Livonia/Novi in Livonia, Mich.
