Gettysburg Hotel Honored as "Best Historic Hotel" by Historic Hotels of America

GETTYSBURG, PA - December 9, 2013) - The 119-room Gettysburg Hotel, located on Lincoln Square in historic Gettysburg, PA, was recently announced as the recipient of the prestigious “Best Historic Hotel” award from Historic Hotels of America. The award was presented to the hotel's General Manager Chuck Moran during the recent Historic Hotels of America 2013 Awards ceremony and gala dinner.

The Historic Hotels of America's annual awards reception recognizes and celebrates the finest historic hotels and hoteliers across the country. The Gettysburg Hotel, which completed an extensive, multi-million dollar renovation in April of this year, beat out eight other nominated hotels from around the country in the 75-200 Guest Rooms category for the honor of Best Historic Hotel.
