Waramaug LS Hotels Acquires the 108-key Comfort Suites in Arlington, Texas
Boca Raton, FL - December 5, 2013 - Waramaug LS Hotels, LLC, a private investment group and its institutional capital partner, announced today they have acquired the 108-key all suite Comfort Suites in Arlington, Texas. This transaction continues Waramaug's strategy to deploy $150 million over the next 12 months in the acquisition of high quality select service hotels.
The Comfort Suites is located just two miles from Six Flags Over Texas theme park and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Water Park. It also offers convenient access to the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Cowboys Stadium, Arlington Museum of Art and the Arlington Convention Center. The Lincoln Square shopping, dining and entertainment district is less than a mile away.
