MIAMI - September 26, 2013 - The 313-guestroom, first-to-market JW Marriott Marquis Miami is proud to announce that it is a recipient of two of Travel Weekly's prestigious Magellan Awards, which recognizes the best in travel and tourism from around the world. The hotel will be highlighted in the October 21 issue of Travel Weekly as a Business/Conference Resort/Hotel winner as well as Penthouse Design award winner.

Receiving over 550 entries, the Magellan Awards is the premier awards program honoring a broad range of industry segments including Hotels and Resorts, Travel Destinations, Cruise Lines, Online Travel Services, Airlines and Airports, Travel Agents and Agencies, Tour Operators and Car Rental Companies. The Magellan is the award to win if you are in the business of travel.
