HFTP Contributes Education to the 2013 AAHOA North Texas Regional Conference

Austin, Texas, USA - September 9, 2013 - In continuance of its strategic partnership with the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) has co-produced a session for the AAHOA North Georgia & Southeast Regional Conference, as well as the upcoming North Texas Regional Conference.

The co-produced session is “Flash Hotel Sales: Beneficial or Detrimental?” presented by the HFTP Social Media Advisory Council Chair, Katerina Berezina, CHTP, a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Florida. This session discusses the value and impact of flash sales based on research collected from hotel professionals. The session was presented at the recent AAHOA North Georgia & Southeast Regional Conference on August 27 at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta. It will also be presented at the AAHOA North Texas Regional on September 4 at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport in Dallas.

Topics such as the Affordable Care Act and a special session for women in hotel leadership are also on the agenda. Along with education, there are opportunities for networking during the scheduled trade show hours and business meeting.
