Midas Hospitality Acquires 119-room Hilton Garden Inn - North Little Rock in Arkansas

SAINT LOUIS, MO - August 20, 2013 - St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator and developer, Midas Hospitality, LLC has acquired the 119-room Hilton Garden Inn - North Little Rock, AR.

Opening in December, 2009, the 119-room Hilton Garden Inn - North Little Rock is located at 4100 Glover Lane, North Little Rock, Arkansas and easily accessible from all of North Little Rock's major thoroughfares, including I-40 and Highway 67. The hotel is situated proximate to many of the area's major business, leisure demand generators and just 6 miles from downtown Little Rock.
