HONOLULU, HI, March 2, 2007. Steve Winter, vice president of operations for Outrigger's Condominium Collection, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dale Stetson to regional director- Kauai for Outrigger's Condominium Collection. In his new position, Stetson will continue to be responsible for the daily operations as general manager for Outrigger Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa, as well as fulfilling regional responsibilities for Outrigger' s two other properties on the island of Kauai, Outrigger at Lae nani and Outrigger Kiahuna Plantation.

Stetson is no stranger to Kauai having served as general manager of Kiahuna Plantation Resort and The Cliffs at Princeville in years past. In addition he served as general manager of several destination resorts in Hawaii including Kamaole Sands and Papakea on Maui and Kaluakoi Hotel and Golf Club on Molokai. Over his 29-year career in the hospitality field, Stetson, in addition to his Hawaii experience, held general manager positions on the Mainland with EastWest Resorts at Moonlight Basin Lodge at Big Sky, Montana and Breckenridge, Colorado. Prior to joining Outrigger, Stetson held the position of Director, Northern Region Resort Operations for Trendwest/Worldmark in Redmond Washington where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of 10 timeshare resorts in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Stetson holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
