ATLANTA - July 19, 2013 - Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) and Noble Investment Group ("Noble") today announced the opening of Hyatt Atlanta Midtown in Atlanta. The 194-room hotel is prominently located on the corner of Peachtree Street and 10th Street in the heart of the urban Midtown Mile, Atlanta's celebrated commercial, retail and cultural walking district. Hyatt Atlanta Midtown is adjacent to Class A office tower 999 Peachtree and directly across the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank. The hotel is proximate to Georgia Tech University, Emory University Hospital Midtown and the corporate headquarters for The Coca-Cola Company, Equifax, and Invesco. Hyatt Atlanta Midtown is the newest full service hotel in Atlanta's rapidly expanding Midtown area and is walking distance from the city's major attractions including the Margaret Mitchell House and Museum, Piedmont Park and the Martin Luther King Jr. Historic Site.

Noble's development of the new Hyatt Atlanta Midtown included the replacement and reconfiguration of the entire building envelope and systems, reprogramming of all public areas and all-new luxurious interiors throughout the property. The overall plan has energized the corner of 10th Street and Peachtree Street via a new staircase and a mini pedestrian plaza at the hotels entrance. In addition, Noble has partnered with the Savannah College of Arts and Design to design and create a major work of public art which will soon be unveiled at the corner of 10th Street and Juniper Street.

"This urban property is another strong example of Noble's strategy to invest in prominently located assets that require substantial redevelopment and premium branding. The culmination of our efforts is the delivery of a high-quality, business class hotel such as Hyatt Atlanta Midtown, which is ideally tailored for its surrounding market environment," said Rodney Williams, Noble's managing principal and chief investment officer. "We believe the business and arts leadership of Midtown Atlanta has made it one of the best live, work, learn, shop and play communities in the United States."

Hyatt Atlanta Midtown boasts 194 large and well-appointed modern and elegant guestrooms and suites featuring a full range of modern amenities and services, along with high-speed internet access and ergonomic work areas that meet guests' business needs. Additionally, the hotel features more than 5,400 square feet of flexible meeting and event space offering the perfect spaces for business meetings, weddings and social events.
