The Living Spa has retained ISM to incorporate the spa into the overall guest experience, to enhance their current spa services, and provide consulting and operations management.

ISM also welcomes reNew, the spa at the James Royal Palm Hotel in Miami, FL to its clientele list. ISM was responsible for the development of the recently-opened spa's concept and has procured products, provided pre-opening services, and is now managing the spa's operations. Inspired by the ocean's restorative properties, reNew is unique in its focus on treatments using the locally abundant ingredient of salt, an element essential to healing and replenishing the body.
