Benchmark Names Tiera Steele Director of RM for Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe, New Mexico

Houston, Texas - May 23, 2013 - Benchmark Resorts & Hotels has appointed Tiera Steele director of revenue management for the Eldorado Hotel & Spa. The property is a Benchmark Hotel located in the heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Kim Nugent, Benchmark's vice president revenue management, made the announcement.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Tiera to the Eldorado Hotel & Spa,” said Ms. Nugent. “She comes with a long record of revenue management experience, including working with other hotel management companies, and has also operated her own consulting agency. We are pleased to have her on our team in Santa Fe.”

Tiera Steele was most recently director of revenue management for the Arizona Golf Resort & Conference Center in Mesa, Arizona. Previous to this she was owner of H Solutions, a Revenue Management Consulting business based in Phoenix. Ms. Steele has served in revenue management positions for much of her professional career for both hotel management companies and independent properties in California and Arizona.

Ms. Steele attended Orange Coast Community College. She resides in Santa Fe.
