Jeremy Weinstein Named VP of Marketing at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida

HOLLYWOOD, FL - May 3, 2013 - Jeremy Weinstein has been named vice president of marketing at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. He will be responsible for overseeing marketing, promotions, customer relationship management, advertising and public relations for South Florida's premiere casino and entertainment destination, including the 500-room Seminole Hard Rock Hotel. His appointment was announced by Larry Mullin, COO of Seminole Gaming.

“Jeremy is a dynamic young executive with an impressive international background in both gaming and non-gaming environments,” said Mullin. “We're excited to welcome him to the Seminole Hard Rock team and look forward to his leadership in taking our global vision to the next level.”

Weinstein brings 13 years of strategic marketing experience to Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. He joins the award-winning property from the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. where he served as director of slot marketing managing a team of more than 30 casino marketing executives and employees.

At the Bellagio Las Vegas, Weinstein worked his way up from marketing manager to director of strategic marketing in three years. His responsibilities included implementing seasonal marketing campaigns for hotel, table games and slot departments, managing the guest services and marketing departments and creating customer retention and reactivation initiatives.

Weinstein has also served as a senior analyst with Harris Corporation in Washington D.C. and as a strategic marketing consultant for Openwave, Inc. in New York City, NY.

He holds a double bachelor's degree in information systems and human-computer interaction from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa. and a master's of management in hospitality from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, N.Y.

He is an avid outdoorsman and a seasoned traveler.
