Opened this Spring and already awarded as 1 of 9 “Best New Business Hotels in the World”
by CNNMoney, Hotel Zetta in San Francisco is Dawson Design Associates' most recently
completed project with Viceroy Hotel Group and Pebblebrook Hotel Trust.

DDA's company culture is focused around the belief that a diverse and talented design collaborative is far more impactful than the single diva with great ideas. Drawing inspiration from the world and working together in concept development opens the doors to a higher level of innovation and artistic richness. The firm sees hotel design as an art form, a medium, and it therefore requires cultured & talented individuals.

“Savvy hotel guests are all about experience, growing more and more demanding every day. Designers need to reach deep into their creativity in order to meet the needs of the new markets and stay relevant,” explains Sheehan. This artistry and DDA's collaborative point of view is essential in the branding & positioning phase of their design process, offering varying perspectives to each client to develop their unique vision.

“We chose London for a reason. Its rich history and its diverse, dynamic market is exactly where we want to be.”
