Benchmark Appoints Matthias Layton DoF&B at Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe
Houston, Texas - April 3, 2013 - Benchmark Hospitality International®, a leading US-based hospitality management company, has named Matthias Layton director of food and beverage for Eldorado Hotel & Spa. Norbert Relecker, general manager for the property, a Benchmark Hotel® located Santa Fe, New Mexico, made the announcement.

Matthias Layton previously served as director of restaurants for Eldorado Hotel & Spa, a position he was promoted to in May 2012. He originally joined the hotel as banquet manager.
Before being employed by The Eldorado, Mr. Layton served as banquet manager for the Valley River Inn of Eugene, Oregon. He is a graduate of Moorpark College, located in Southern California. Layton resides in Santa Fe.
