Evens Charles, President of Frontier Development, which owns Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown Atlanta, said the multi-million dollar renovation is exactly what this hotel needed to remain competitive and convenient to locals and visitors.

“We spent $4 million to really bring this historical hotel back to life. We wanted to make it a place where people will refer to as their 'home away from home,' and when we hear that, it's validation that the renovation was money well spent,” said Charles.
