John Rosen Joins RockBridge Executive Team as Managing Director
Columbus, OH - August 14, 2012 - Columbus-based RockBridge announced today that John Rosen has joined the company as a managing director. In his new role Mr. Rosen will report to Jim Merkel, president & CEO, and direct the oversight of RockBridge's investment portfolio to assess risk, ensure the security of the collateral, and enhance the value of these assets through performance analysis, capital investment, and close coordination with RockBridge's operating partners regarding business plan execution. He will also work closely with the firm's investment origination team to review and evaluate new opportunities and support the firm's continued growth.

Mr. Rosen joins an established team of experienced hospitality real estate executives and will work closely with Chris Diffley, managing director of investment management, who will continue to lead the company's existing portfolio capital transactions.

Mr. Rosen has over 20 years of asset management, acquisitions, development and operations experience in the hospitality industry. He arrives at RockBridge from Destination Hotels & Resorts where he most recently served as senior vice president of asset management. He is a graduate of the Conrad N. Hilton School of Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University of Houston and is a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association.
