Point Clear, AL - July 10, 2012 - Vimana Franchise System's CEO and co-founder, Steve Belmonte , will be one of the featured speakers at this year's Alabama Governor's Conference on Tourism to be held at the Grand Hotel Marriott Golf Club and Spa in Point Clear, AL from August 19th through the 21st.
Belmonte's presentation is titled, “How to Manage Change in the Workplace and Create a Winning Service Culture.”
“I'm really looking forward to the conference. There is going to be a great lineup of educational speakers, which should make this a beneficial and memorable conference for the attendees. I feel that my topic matter is very important because change is so rampant in todays workplace. The process of managing through the changes while maintaining an excellent service culture becomes even more difficult in todays market, but can be done,” said Belmonte.
