With more than 25 years of experience, Chase has created some of the most extravagant weddings and social events in the Miami area and is one of the most sought-after catering directors in South Florida. The award-winning leader in special events offers a distinctive touch and refined-style that is refreshing and truly imaginative. In her new position at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Chase will elevate the social catering experience to new heights for the property's discerning guests.

As Director of Social Catering of The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Chase will oversee the planning and implementation of all weddings, gala celebrations and special events held at the property and will work as part of a larger team of experts, including distinguished Executive Chef Jordi Valles and Tobias Rimkus, Director of Catering and Conference Services. With more than twenty years of industry experience, Tobias has a depth of knowledge that spans ten years with St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, including six years at the brand's flagship, The St. Regis New York where he elevated the bar of style and service for St. Regis events. He brings a deep understanding of the brand's highly customized approach, uncompromising service standards and attention to detail.

Chase's stellar experience includes directing Social Catering at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami, where she created and penned the hotel group's first wedding and social event blog, Luxury Wedding Guide. She previously served as Director of Catering at The Biltmore and Associate Director of Catering at Miami's Doral Golf Resort and Spa. Throughout Chase's esteemed career, she has had the opportunity to work with Michelin-rated and James Beard award-winning chefs including: Pierre Gagnaire, Rocco DiSpirito, Daniel Boulud, Michael Mina and Derin Moore. Victoria's flair for capturing a vision and bringing it to life has been the focal point and success of her career. The Miami Springs-resident holds a master's degree in Art History from Florida State University and is a classically-trained pianist.
