White Lodging Appoints Jennifer Langton GM at Hilton Garden Inn in Warrenville, IL
MERRILLVILLE, IN - December 23, 2011 - White Lodging employee Jennifer Langton and been tapped to be the new General Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn in Warrenville, Illinois. Located conveniently between Warrenville and Naperville, Illinois, the 135-room hotel is 30 miles west of downtown Chicago.
A White Lodging employee since 2004, Langton's previous post was at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Mettawa, Illinois. As the General Manager at the property, she was named Rookie General Manager of the Year in 2010 and received White Lodging's Excalibur Award and the Silver Award from Marriott for achieving the top 20 percent in the brand for overall guest satisfaction.
Langton's first job with White Lodging was as the Operations Manger/Front Office Manager at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Schaumburg, Illinois. In this position, she was presented the Front Office Manager -Select Service Division of the Year Award in 2005.
From this position, Langton moved into an Assistant General Manager position at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bedford Park, Illinois. She also served as a Cluster Revenue Manager for White Lodging's five properties at Chicago's Midway Airport, including Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express & Suites. She next moved into the Assistant General Manager position at the Hilton Garden Inn in Warrenville where she was part of the team that opened the hotel.
