Oriens Ahead of Integration Schedule for Santa Cruz Hotel
With Acquisition of Destination Hotel in Orlando Nearly Finalized, OTHM Will Complete Integration of New California Beach Front Hotel Ahead of Schedule
LAS VEGAS - December 12, 2011 - (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Oriens Travel and Hotel
Management Corp. (Pink Sheets:OTHM), announced today that the integration schedule for its new Hotel PURE Santa Cruz beach hotel will be completed ahead of schedule.
"We certainly expected full integration to be completed by the turn of the
New Year but never within the 2nd full week of this month," stated Ken Chua, President and CEO of Oriens Travel and Hotel Management Corp. (OTHM). "To me, this is certainly an indication of our growing proficiency."Upon completion, OTHM will have taken less than 45 days since the initial announcement of the Santa Cruz property -- Nov. 7, 2011 -- to fully integrate the California beach hotel into the Hotel PURE "Express" brand. Management suggest that the aptitude demonstrated here only acts as good practice for the company. With OTHM sights set on having upwards of 100 hotels completed during 2012, including integration of the larger 180 room destination hotel located in Orlando, Fl. (which acquisition is expected to be finalized by Christmas), the continued increase in proficient integration is happily welcomed.
Possibly adding between $50,000 and $80,000 to OTHM's 2012 revenue, this hotel -- Hotel PURE Pacific Inn -- is just one of 20 hotel properties added during 2011 that "...should positively affect our bottom line dramatically in the upcoming year," Mr. Chua stated.
The Orlando destination hotel is anticipated to possibly strengthen 2012 revenues rather considerably. OTHM also continues to be engaged with many additional luxury Bed & Breakfast locations throughout North America. People close to the company anticipate at least four additional B+B's to be added to the Hotel PURE brand by year end.
