Fairway Suites at Peek'N Peak Resort Opening
36-unit property located in the heart of the Peek' N Peak Resort
CLYMER, NY - December 9, 2011 - American Resort Management, LLC today announced the re-opening of the Fairway Suites, a 36-unit Condo Suites property overlooking the golf course at the Peek' n Peak Resort. The Fairway Suites is under new ownership of French Creek Properties, LLC with principal James Bennett and will be professionally managed by American Resort Management, LLC, based in Erie, Pennsylvania. The property is in the process of adding numerous upgrades, including flat panel televisions and upgraded linens and amenities. Additional renovations are planned for early 2012.

French Creek Properties, LLC and its principal James Bennett, an investment manager of a $1.5 billion distressed securities fund, acquired the Fairway Suites recently from the bankruptcy estate of Peek'n Peak.
