McKibbon Promotes Tampa's Avion Park Westshore Management Team

Jeff Antonaccio, Todd Kinney, Michael Nealon and Arsen Khodosov to take on new roles

November 29, 2011 - McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc. of Tampa, Florida, has announced that four members of the Avion Park Westshore hotel sales and leadership team will be assuming new roles. Jeff Antonaccio , former general manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Airport Westshore, has been promoted to join the company's corporate management team as director of operations. Todd Kinney , former general manager of the Homewood Suites Tampa Airport-Westshore, will move into the role of general manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Airport Westshore. Michael Nealon , McKibbon's market director of sales for the Westshore hotel cluster, will take on an operations leadership role as general manager of the Homewood Suites Tampa Airport-Westshore, and with this sales leadership Michael Nealon , McKibbon's Market diirector of sales for the Westshore hotel cluster, will take on an operations leadership role as general manager of the Homewood Suites Tampa Airport-Westshore, and with this sales leadership vacancy, Arsen Khodosov , former market sales manager, has been promoted to the market director of sales role for the Tampa Westshore District hotels.

Jeff Antonaccio is a graduate of Penn State University, with a Bachelors degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management. He began his career in 1986 with Marriott International, working as the Housekeeping Manager at the Marriott in Springfield, Massachusetts. Jeff's career with Marriott spanned over twenty-one years, serving in a variety of roles, from Front Office Manager to Regional Senior Director. He joined White Lodging Services in 2008 as the opening General Manager of the Embassy Suites in Brandon, Florida. Jeff joined the McKibbon team in September 2010, when he was selected as the General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Airport Westshore. In his new role as Director of Operations, Jeff will oversee twenty McKibbon-managed hotels throughout Florida.

A graduate of Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania, Todd Kinney started his career with McKibbon Hotel Management in 1997 as General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Knoxville, Tennessee. In 2008, he was named opening General Manager of the Homewood Suites Tampa Airport-Westshore, which was selected by Hilton as Top New Hotel of the Year in 2009. Todd was recognized by HotelWorld Network in 2010 as General Manager of the Year, and brings a high degree of leadership to the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Airport Westshore.

Michael Nealon holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications/Hospitality Management from Bowling Green State University. Mike joined the McKibbon team in 2006 as Director of Sales for the Residence Inn Tampa Westshore, and was awarded Direct Sales Leader of the Year by Marriott International for his work with the Residence Inn Tampa Westshore in 2007. In 2008, he was promoted to the position of Market Director of Sales for the entire Westshore market when Avion Park's three new hotels were developed. Prior to joining McKibbon, Mike worked for four years with Innkeepers Hospitality and Blackstone Hotel Group. His extensive sales experience will benefit the entire cluster, as Michael Nealon will serve as the lead sales general manager for the market.

A double major graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia, Arsen Khodosov holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology. Arsen joined the McKibbon team in 2008, working in the Westshore District as the Market Sales Manager for the company's four area hotels. Prior to his sales role with McKibbon, Arsen worked with the Hyatt Regency in both Jacksonville and Tampa, assuming operations roles as Assistant Front Office Manager and Corporate Management Trainee.

Avion Park Westshore is a highly-visible office park, located across the street from Tampa International Airport at the corner of Spruce and O'Brien Streets.
