October 21, 2011 - Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts is thrilled to announce the opening of the new Angsana Laguna Phuket, located within Asia's first integrated resort, Laguna Phuket in Thailand. The property will open on December 1st, 2011 and offer discerning travelers a stylish, luxurious getaway in Thailand's most popular resort destination. Angsana Laguna Phuket is the flagship resort under the Angsana brand and the fourth hotel in Thailand that is managed and operated by the Banyan Tree Group. Located in the scenic Bang Tao Bay, the resort occupies the former Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket.
