The resort has announced four new packages for groups, small meetings and company retreats:

1. The 24 Carat Package has personalized service and spectacular views, offered with a Diamond Concierge guestroom. One complimentary room will be provided for every 15 paid. It also includes a welcome sign for your group, a private check-in, a one-hour welcome reception with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, one private dinner with a set menu, late check-out(based on availability on site) and a group coordinator. Also, the group's leader will receive an upgrade to a suite (one room per group).
2. The 18 Carat Package offers stunning views of Jamaica's majestic mountains of the sparkling Caribbean Sea that your group is sure to love. One complimentary room will be provided for every 15 paid. It also includes a welcome sign for your group, a private check-in, a one-hour welcome reception with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, one private dinner with a set menu, late check-out(based on availability on site) and a group coordinator.
3. The 14 Carat Package is located in a tropical garden setting in The Jewel's two-story Emerald Lanai Building and will be the perfect spot for your special group. One complimentary room will be provided for every 20 paid. It also includes a welcome sign for your group, Jewel Bounty (discounts and savings on in-resort merchandise and services), a one-hour welcome reception with Gem of the Day cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and one private dinner option with a set menu.
4. The 10 Carat Package , which includes luxury accommodations and The Jewel's Run of the House option, is the perfect choice for those that are value-minded. One complimentary room will be provided for every 20 paid. It also includes a welcome sign for your group and Jewel Bounty (discounts and savings on in-resort merchandise and services).

All packages include luxurious accommodations, unlimited meals at six restaurants, anytime snacks, branded and local drinks at all six restaurants and six bars, airport transfers to and from Montego Bay Sangster International Airport, daily and nightly entertainment, land and non-motorized water sports, access to the fitness center, Jewel amenities and exclusives, indoor and outdoor venues, beach olympics and team building.

The Jewel also has a 1,470-square foot conference room, which can accommodate from 36 to 100 people, and a larger venue, BLING!, which can accommodate up to 250 people, based on seating style desired.
