Seasoned Hospitality Sales Executive Heidi Bergos Brings a Fresh Perspective.
Cambridge, MA - April 29, 2011 - The Charles Hotel is delighted to announce the appointment of Heidi Bergos as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. Bergos boasts over 20 years in the hotel sales and marketing industry, bringing with her a highly strategic approach and expertise in luxury full service hotels.

Bergos' background includes a strong combination of group sales and transient travel sales. Most notably, she has championed many successful revenue generation programs utilizing unique packaging and rate promotion programs to create hotel awareness and revenue. Prior to joining The Charles Hotel, Bergos held the positions of Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Full Service Hotels, for Stonebridge Companies (www.sbcos.com).
