Benchmark Appoints Marc Reydams Director of Operations

HOUSTON, TX, September 8, 2006. Benchmark Hospitality International has announced the appointment of Marc Reydams as director of operations for Cheyenne Mountain Resort of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Laura Neumann, vice president and general manager, made the announcement.

"It is my pleasure to formally welcome Marc to our team at Cheyenne Mountain Resort," said Ms. Neumann. "While serving on a special task force for our property, he had a tremendous impact on our front office and property-wide operations, resulting in record levels of occupancy, revenue, and profitability. It is a pleasure to have him on our Executive Team."

Mr. Reydams was previously Benchmark Hospitality's director of operations at Lansdowne Resort, the company's east coast flagship property located near Leesburg, Virginia. While at Lansdowne, Reydams oversaw a $15 million food & beverage operation and was actively involved in the operational design of the resort's new 45,000 square foot clubhouse, in addition to his property-wide responsibilities.

Prior to joining Benchmark Hospitality, Reydams was food & beverage director for the McLean Hilton of McLean, Virginia. He has also served for 17 years in executive-level positions at the Omni Shoreham, the large property located in Washington, DC. Earlier in his career he was employed by Western Hotels and the prestigious Mayflower Hotel of Washington, DC.

Mr. Reydams attended the Hotel Business School of Liege and Brussels in Belgium and engaged in extensive hospitality training in Holland, Austria, Belgium and the United Kingdom. He and his family have relocated to Colorado Springs.
