Greentree Inn Hotels Partners with Expedia

Beijing, China - May 26, 2010 - Expedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPE), the world's largest online travel company, today announced a partnership agreement with GreenTree Inn Hotels, one of China's leading business hotel brands operating in over 100 cities throughout China. Under the new agreement, GreenTree Inn properties will be made available to travelers shopping on the more than 90 Expedia- and Hotels.com-branded travel booking sites worldwide.

This agreement follows the announcement last month of an agreement between Expedia and hotel connectivity provider CHINAOnline, which will facilitate the sharing of rates and inventory information between Expedia and GreenTree Inn properties.
The partnership was announced today at a press conference, where Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi addressed an audience of Chinese reporters and business leaders.. Khosrowshahi was in Beijing this week for the World Travel and Tourism Council Summit, at which he will speak during a session on May 27, 2010 titled “Adapting to Change.”
