. October 14, 2008

JANAURY 16, 2007. During the three days leading up to the Golden Globes, nominated stars and presenters were invited to the "All Around the World Style" Gift Suite where a Kenyan safari was the highlight gift of the event. The complimentary safari offered to the stars by Heritage Hotels, Kenya's premier operator of luxury tented camps in the country's best game parks and wildlife reserves, included a stay at Samburu Intrepids in Samburu National Park as well as a stay at the Mara Explorer in the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Celebrities receiving this classic, luxury safari in Kenya included Terrance Howard, David Carradine, Sharon Stone, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Love Hewitt, David Arquette and Courtney Cox. In addition to the safari, stars were given the opportunity to "adopt" a baby elephant as part of the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, a program that rehabilitates orphaned elephants found in Kenya and reintroduces them into the wild.

"This event was all about raising awareness of Kenya as a beautiful safari destination" said David Stogdale, Managing Director for Heritage Management, Ltd. "We're thrilled that the guest suite attendees were excited about their upcoming safaris and look forward to welcoming them and their families to Kenya and showing them the warm, Heritage hospitality for which the region is rightfully known."
