Connecticut Hotels Receive Top Performance Awards from Marriott International
Southington and Danbury Residence Inns Receive Thirteen Awards at Marriott Virtual Showcase
WATERFORD, CT - (May 14, 2010) - Waterford Hotel Group recently announced that two of its managed properties in Connecticut, the Residence Inn by Marriott in Danbury and the Residence Inn by Marriott in Southington, received a total of thirteen recognitions between them at the recent 2010 Marriott CFRST Brand Virtual Showcase held on April 30. The Residence Inn Danbury received ten awards from Marriott, including the Marriott Silver Award for Guest Satisfaction, given to those hotels who achieve high Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS). Additionally, the Danbury hotel received the following awards: Most Improved Staff Service; Most Improved Arrival Experience; Most Improved Breakfast; Highest Guest Satisfaction Score in Elite Appreciation; Most Improved Elite Appreciation; Most Improved Intent to Recommend; Least Problems Experienced; Most Improved Problem Incidence; and Most Improved Guest Satisfaction Score for Overall Satisfaction.
The Southington Residence Inn received awards for Highest Guest Satisfaction Score for the Key Initiative “Service So Memorable”; Least Problems Experienced; as well as the Marriott Gold Award for Guest Satisfaction.
