First American Names Cameron J. Larkin SVP

JANUARY 9, 2007. First American Realty Associates President, Joe Epstein, announced that Cameron J. Larkin has been promoted to Senior Vice President - Hospitality Financing & Business Development. In addition to responsibility for the firm's Dallas office, Larkin oversees the firm's marketing efforts and CMBS hotel loan tracking database.
Larkin joined the hotel financing firm in 2005 when he opened First American Realty's Dallas office. He has 15 years experience in the Financial Services and Management Consulting industries working across six of GE Capital's operating businesses from 1995 to 2005 and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) from 1992 to 1995.
During his first year with First American Realty Larkin closed financing on five hotel projects for his clients for a total of $27 million. Hotel owner and developer clients represented brands including Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Comfort Suites, Best Western, and Ramada. The firm's new Dallas office maintains the firm's 30-year heritage of providing the highest standards of client service, deep lender relationships, and certainty of execution.
Larkin earned his MBA from Columbia University and his B.S., Business Administration from the University of Vermont. He's a CCIM designee and former Six Sigma Quality Master Black Belt. A native Vermonter, Larkin now lives in Dallas, TX.
