Concorde Appoints VP Revenue & Distribution
December 11, 2009 - Concorde Hotels & Resorts has appointed Frederique Bordon as Vice President of Revenue & Distribution. Bordon will oversee the management of the e-commerce, distribution, revenue management and technology teams and the “Meet in Style” sales department. Additionally, she will have the support of nearly 50 employees who are responsible for coordinating the revenue and distribution strategy for the Group's 12 subsidiary hotels and 18 affiliated hotels.
An 11-year veteran in the hotel industry, Bordon most recently served as Director of Strategy of Sofitel Hotels in France. Prior to that, she held the position of Director of Pricing & Distribution of Sofitel Hotels, where she assisted in the redefining the hotel's price positioning. She also successfully managed the integration of approximately 20 Dorint Hotels & Resorts. In 1999, Bordon joined the Accor Group as Project Manager in the Tourism and Leisure department and assisted in the restructuring of the Group's business after the acquisition of the Frantour brand. Bordon also served as Marketing Manager of Club Med, where she was responsible for the expansion of the Discovery tour business. Bordon holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago. She is also a graduate of the ESSEC Business School in Paris.
