RockBridge Capital Promotes Mary P. Grillo to VP and Corporate Counsel

COLUMBUS, OH, January 3, 2007. Real estate investment firm RockBridge Capital, LLC has promoted Mary P. Grillo, Esq., to the position of Vice President and Corporate Counsel. Kenneth J. Krebs, Managing Director and General Counsel of RockBridge, made the announcement.

Ms. Grillo has been providing legal services to RockBridge since February 2006. She counsels RockBridge in connection with its investment funds, including negotiating, documenting and closing investments. She also provides legal counsel in the servicing and management of all investment funds managed by RockBridge.

Ms. Grillo has extensive background in commercial finance, including counseling lenders and borrowers in multiple facets of debt and equity financing, loan restructuring and distressed asset sales, and in mergers and acquisitions. She has advised businesses and individuals in strategic alliances, joint ventures, asset and stock sales, mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, shareholder and partnership agreements, management and licensing arrangements and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining RockBridge, Ms. Grillo was a partner in the national law firm Baker Hostetler LLP, where she worked in the business law division. Previously, she served as an associate for Columbus-based Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP.

Ms. Grillo earned a B.S. degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her Juris Doctorate degree, as well as her Master of Arts degree, from The Ohio State University.
