DALLAS, TX, August 16, 2006. Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, the premier manager of ultra-luxury hotels and resorts throughout the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Philippe LeBoeuf as Vice President of Operations, effective August 16, 2006.

LeBoeuf joins Rosewood from the position of Executive Vice President of Louvre Hotels and Groupe Des Hotels Concorde where he spent four years overseeing some of Europe's finest hotels. Prior to this, the veteran hotelier held the position of Managing Director of the legendary Hotel de Crillon in Paris.

"Mr. LeBoeuf's vast experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including management positions at The Westbury Hotel and The Carlyle in New York, and the Hotel Concorde Lafayette in Paris, make him an outstanding choice for leadership and coordination in complete property operations," said Robert Boulogne, Chief Operating Officer for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. "We welcome his significant international knowledge as we enter a period of major global growth at Rosewood, and we're confident that Philippe will play a pivotal role in growing and enriching our collection of properties throughout the world."

Philippe LeBoeuf recently completed his Masters in Finance and Strategy and serves as a Board Director for Leading Hotels of the World - a position he has held for the past seven years. LeBoeuf will be based in Rosewood's Dallas corporate office and, alongside current Vice President of Operations, Brian Young, the two will oversee operations for Rosewood's collection of 15 properties throughout the world.

Mr. LeBoeuf's passions include swimming, cycling, and reading, and he is an active member of "To Each His Own Everest," a charitable organization that benefits children suffering from cancer.
