Benchmark Appoints Brenda Sorley Controller
French Lick Resort Casino
HOUSTON, TX, July 27, 2006 - Benchmark Hospitality International has appointed Brenda Sorley as financial controller for French Lick Resort Casino, a $382 million historic restoration and casino development project located in French Lick, Indiana. Scott Spurlock, general manager, made the announcement.

A certified public accountant, Ms. Sorley was most recently finance and business control manager for Tetra Pak, a global packaging company based in Lund, Sweden.
Prior to joining Tetra Pak, Sorley worked as a certified public accountant within the auto manufacturing, real estate and public accounting industries. She has significant financial accounting and reporting experience, including Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, in addition to departmental operations experience.
Ms. Sorley is a 1990 Magna Cum Laude graduate of University of Indianapolis. She resides in Greenwood, Indiana.
