Paul DiNapoli Named Director of Rooms, Westin Seattle
SEATTLE, WA, August 31, 2006. The Westin Seattle, Seattle's premier convention, business, and leisure hotel featuring 891 upscale rooms, announced today they have hired Paul DiNapoli as Director of Rooms.
DiNapoli brings nearly fifteen years of experience in the hotel industry to his new position where he oversees operations for the front desk, concierge, service express, and business center departments.
He has recently held management positions for several properties owned by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, which owns The Westin Seattle. Notable positions include Task Force posts at Westin San Francisco Airport and Westin Maui Resort and Spa, Director of Rooms for Westin Santa Clara and Director of Guest Services for Sheraton Boston.

Throughout his career, DiNapoli has received numerous honors and distinctions. He designed and implemented all aspects of Westin's Sensory Welcome Program at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa in Lahaina. He received the 2003 Starwood Worldwide Compliance Award: #1 ranking of all properties on combined guest survey results, internal guest service audits and brand standards compliance. He was awarded the Guest Relations Award from the Massachusetts Lodging Association.
