Meridian Capital Hires New EVP
NEW YORK, NY, December 8, 2006. Meridian Capital Group announces that Angela Mirizzi-Olsen has joined their firm as an Executive Vice President. Formerly a senior executive at Lightstone Real Estate Partners and Executive Vice President at Park Avenue Bank, she will be leading a strong team involved in retail originations for shopping centers, outlet malls, and properties involving retail and office space, large loan programs, structured finance and construction. Ms. Mirizzi-Olsen has extensive experience in all product types including multifamily, hotel, retail, office, and industrial and has more than nineteen years of commercial real estate experience as a senior executive.
Ms. Mirizzi-Olsen previously joined Lightstone Real Estate Partners in 2001 to oversee the firm's financing of new and existing properties and to manage the commercial leasing division. Immediately prior to joining Lightstone Real Estate, Ms. Mirizzi-Olsen was employed by Arbor Commercial Mortgage as Vice President in the Structured Finance division, underwriting, structuring and originating Mezzanine, Bridge and Preferred Equity transactions. Prior to joining Arbor, she was a Vice President at ARCS where she underwrote Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. And before her time with ARCS, she worked in the Securitization group of Citicorp and as an Assistant Vice President at American Savings Bank.
