Cance to Usher in a New Era Following $60 mil Hotel Transformation
MANALAPAN, FL, November 16, 2006. The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach is proud to announce the appointment of General Manager Brad Cance, as the hotel completes a $60 million expansion this winter. Cance is responsible for managing the hotel's re-opening and daily operations post-opening. He brings a wealth of extensive hospitality experience and strong leadership to Palm Beach.
Cance joins the award-winning resort after two years as General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. A proven leader with solid management skills, Cance has received accolades for his role in achieving extraordinary employee and customer satisfaction ratings. Cance also served as General Manager, Hotel Manager and in other senior roles at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida and The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago (A Four Seasons Hotel). His background in luxury resort management began with a decade of tenure with Four Seasons hotels in Chicago, Vancouver and Seattle.

Cance is a graduate of Michigan State University where he was recruited to play Division One soccer. An avid golfer and wine enthusiast, he devotes time away from the office to his wife Mary Beth and children Harrison and Hunter.
