Hilton Homewood Opens in Denver, CO

SEPTEMBER 4, 2008. Homewood Suites by Hilton(R), the international brand of all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced the opening of its newest property: Homewood Suites Denver - Tech Center/Inverness, Englewood, Colorado. The 113-suite hotel is owned and managed by Arapahoe Hospitality, LLC.

"We continue to see strong demand in the extended stay hotel segment and feel this property helps to fill a need in the Denver metro area," said Todd Dickson, general manager. "Whether traveling for business, for leisure, or with the entire family, at Homewood Suites, guests are made to feel at home with standard amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, complimentary, high-speed wireless Internet access, and separate living and sleeping areas."

Todd Dickson brings more then eight years experience in hotel management to the Homewood Suites Denver - Tech Center. Dickson received a Certified Hotel Administrator certification from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association.

Additional guest amenities include a daily complimentary Suite Start? hot breakfast in the hotel's hospitality center-the "Lodge"-a Welcome Home? reception featuring a complimentary light meal and beverages Monday-Thursday evenings, an executive business center, exercise facilities and a 24-hour on-site pantry. The hotel also offers 32" flat-panel HDTVs in all suites, a sports court, swimming pool, and a 775 square foot meeting room.
