LAS VEGAS, NV, October 30, 2006. The newest player to come to Las Vegas makes its debut this month. The four-star Platinum Hotel and Spa opened its doors October 25, and ushered in a new style of hospitality for this exciting destination.

The Restaurant at Platinum, helmed by Executive Chef Brenton Hammer, is a unique dining experience. STIR will offer a European continental breakfast in the mornings. In the evenings, with a change in lighting, atmosphere, and sound, the room turns into a sophisticated lounge.
