Chiba Prefecture To See Second Solare Property as Solare Builds Their Sixth New Roadside Inn in Japa

TOKYO, Japan, October 24, 2006. As part of its ambitious plans to manage 18,000 rooms in Japan by 2010, Solare Hotels & Resorts Co. Ltd. has announced its latest project, which will see the construction of the Chisun Inn Chiba Hamano R16, a roadside hotel in Hamano, Chiba Prefecture.

Chisun Inn Chiba Hamano R16 is located along the heavily trafficked Route 16 and close to JR Hamano railway station, 2 km from the Keiyo Freeway's Soga Interchange. Construction of the 94 guestrooms property will commence in November 2006 and is due for completion in August 2007. The roadside hotel is one of 15 greenfield hotel properties planned by Solare Hotels and Resorts to open or get underway during 2007, with the company targeting a total of 50 new roadside inns by 2010.
