Westin Copley Place Announces New Assistant Director F&B
BOSTON, MA, May 14, 2008. The Westin Copley Place is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael DeCanio as the new Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. DeCanio joins the talented team at The Westin Copley Place from Westin New York Times Square where he served as Director of Banquets.
As Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, DeCanio will be responsible in assisting with the overall direction of the food & beverage department. His focus will be on the oversight of all restaurant outlets for the Westin Copley Place including Turner Fisheries, Bar 10, Fizz and the Huntington Room.

DeCanio has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In addition to recently being Director of Banquets at the Westin New York Times Square, he was the Director of Food & Beverage for the Hilton Times Square, and General Manager of the Black Bass Grille.
DeCanio attended the University of Massachusetts.
