FVB Announces November Line Up
FIJI, October 19, 2006. The Fiji Visitors Bureau (FVB) is organising an NZ/Fiji Marketing Summit to be held at the Golf Terraces Denarau Island on Thursday, November 16. The summit will discuss marketing strategies and issues facing the New Zealand tourism market as well as present the outcome from 2006 research.
FVB will also participate at the upcoming FIT-America Latina show scheduled for November 25-28. The event focuses on tourism suppliers, marketers, purchasers, professional experts and direct consumers. FIT is Latin America's prime tourism business meeting, designed to attract those from the Mercosur tourism sector.
FVB further plans to embark on a "Mega Educational" programme for Australia, New Zealand and the United States next month to promote new tourism products in Fiji, including Suva, Northern Islands, Coral Coast, Mamanucas, Nadi and Cruising. The "Trade Day" for New Zealand and Australian agents will be held at the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa on November 17.
