OCTOBER 12, 2006. Ara Macao Resort and Marina is a master planned residential resort community and marina being developed by Illinois-based companies Ara Macao Holdings, L.P., and ioVest Development, L.L.C., who together have more than $7 billion of real estate development projects spanning over 75 years.

IoVest Development, L.L.C., is currently offering special early buy-in incentives that include twenty percent off pre-construction prices, first choice of unit location, round-trip airfare and five-nights accommodations for two with food and beverage in Placencia, Belize, plus special recognition as an Ara Macao Founder, invitations to exclusive receptions and much more.

The resort will be complemented with natural amenities, such as a white sand beach, snorkeling reef within swimming distance, a rain forest and Scarlet Macaw nature preserve. The master site plan for Ara Macao calls for the following residential real estate offerings: 456 luxury beachfront condominiums, 296 marina waterway villas, 260 sea view hotel condominiums and 59 exclusive golf course home sites. The completion of Phase 1, scheduled for late 2007, will include the marina waterway and one third of the marina, a central utility plant, six condominium buildings (72 condo units), one swimming pool, a reception center (containing lobby, restaurant and bar, fitness center, convenience store, dive and tackle shop, administration and sales facilities) and a plant nursery.

Situated on the western edge of the Caribbean Sea, Ara Macao is only two hours by air from the United States and features the region's only full- service marina with direct access to the Caribbean Sea. Once known primarily among an international coterie of scuba divers and eco-adventurers Belize encompasses an amazing array of settings -- from mountain ranges and tropical rainforests to white sand beaches and the largest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere.

Unlike Mexico and other Caribbean nations, Belize permits U.S. citizens to own coastal land with title guaranteed by the government. English is the national language and the Belize dollar is fixed at a 2:1 ratio to the U.S. dollar.
