Red Jacket Resorts, one of the Mid Cape's largest independent hotel brands featuring private beach access, is ushering in Summer 2024 along the Atlantic Ocean with a new look and feel thanks to a comprehensive $40 million renovation and an array of exciting activities and programming. Cape Cod's best new destination encompasses Red Jacket Beach Resort, Riviera Beach Resort and Blue Water Resort, three of the collection's five properties all located within a 1 mile stretch, debuting a collective 397 newly designed guest rooms, cottages and family suites, new lobby spaces, meeting rooms, updated food and beverage outlets as well as refreshed pool experiences and beachfront amenities.

From sunrise to sunset, events and partnerships create a summer fun oasis for locals or visitors, with highlights including: Blue Man Group, L.L. Bean, Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox, Cape Cod's Hydrangea Fest and a property-wide Grand Opening Weekend in June. Standout offerings returning that establish Red Jacket Resorts as the optimal destination include Sea Service at Red Jacket Beach Resort - Mid Cape's only-on-the-beach food and beverage service. Completing the first phase of the collection-wide renovation, Red Jacket Resorts will continue to innovate their remaining spaces with amenities and spaces designed to keep this beloved collection as a destination with something for everyone.

Access reigns supreme for all guests staying at any Red Jacket Resorts property, and wristbanded guests at all 5 properties enjoy the beach, pools and activities anywhere while staying within accommodations that best meet their travel needs. A particular standout, the coveted South Shore Drive oceanfront private beach in front of Red Jacket Beach Resort offers Sea Service, the area's only on-the-beach, direct-to-chair F&B service, an ideal way to enjoy the prime beachfront location with fully private, guest-only access. A selection of cocktails, mocktails and classic beachside fare comes direct-to-chair with just a few clicks, making it as easy as possible to savor every moment of the Mid Cape escape.

Renovated Experience

When room time is needed, the design at each property wraps in a sense of nostalgia, with fun touches tied to each brand complementing a cool and contemporary touch. At the collection's flagship property, Red Jacket Beach Resort, visitors experience a complete refresh to its 163 rooms as well as the addition of family-friendly suites featuring a King bed and full-sized bunks, each with their own private nook for sleeping or lounging. There are even entire homes with full kitchens that can accommodate groups up to 12 guests to create a home-away-from-home moment with full hotel service and amenity access.

Riviera Beach Resort features a full transformation to all 125 rooms with guests now able to book the standout Family Suite that sleeps up to eight and boasts four queen beds. At Blue Water Resort, a redesign of the 109 rooms includes the Two Bed - Two Bunk Suite sleeping up to eight. Blue Water Resort also offers dog-friendly rooms in the Captain's House ideal for two to four guests and their pup plus one.

All-new touchpoints at Riviera Beach Resort dining areas include the classic family-friendly fare at The Deck and the seasonal Boat Bar featuring a menu of fresh flavors and classic favorites to be enjoyed by the windswept coastal views. Blue Water Resort introduces newly upleveled outdoor dining spaces at Four Beaches that encompass a snack shack and tiki bar feel with seasonal favorites and rolling views of the Nantucket Sound.

Newly designed meeting and event spaces at the resorts invite guests to feel inspired and leave refreshed at both traditional and non-traditional atmospheres. For those who desire, a toes-in-the-sand event easily comes alive by the talented events team. Red Jacket Beach Resort extends key meeting amenities including on-site event coordinators, new beachfront event tents, technical support and more with over 7,500 sq. ft. of beachfront spaces. The Driftwood Ballroom boasts 3,500 square feet of space with stunning views of Nantucket Sound, and is adaptive to fit a variety of events and group sizes, up to 200 people.

Spanning 2,000 square feet, The Pavilion on the Sound is a premier destination for gatherings and festive banquets, comfortably hosting up to 200 guests, with external tent capability to host 175 additional guests. For more intimate gatherings, guests can experience Quahog Quarters or Plover's Nest that are ideal for sizes from 15-20 with up to 360 square feet of space. Blue Water Resort event venues are fit for group retreats at The Lighthouse, with 1,400 square feet of illuminating natural light for up to 100 guests or The Shoals, a breakout-style 360 square feet space inviting up to 25 guests to engage in lively discussion and conversations.
