Nobu Hotel Atlanta Names Terry Buchholz as New General Manager

Nobu Hotel Atlanta, the epitome of luxury lifestyle accommodations nestled in the vibrant heart of Buckhead, has appointed Terry Buchholzas its new General Manager.

Terry Buchholz is a highly driven, successful hospitality industry leader with more than 25 years of experience, including a decade of managing independent and branded properties, overseeing multi-property operations, leading new developments, and creating strategic alliances with key stakeholders. As the General Manager at Nobu Hotel Atlanta, Terry oversees the property's daily operations, sales and marketing, finance management, and third-party partnerships and facilities. His primary objectives will be to appeal to both the modern, sophisticated leisure and business traveler, while positioning Nobu Hotel Atlanta as the leading destination for corporate and upscale events that complement Atlanta's local music, film, and social scene.

Terry recently served as the Regional Vice President of Coury Hospitality, overseeing a portfolio of Autograph Collection properties across the U.S., where he oversaw budgets, strategic planning, and development goals. Prior to that, he spent nearly three years as the Managing Director and Asset Manager at Amrit Ocean Resorts & Residences in Singer Island, FL, a wellness resort with 155 luxury guest rooms, 182 condo residences, and 100,000 square feet of wellness space. In this role, he negotiated management agreements, established partnerships, and supported the startup of wellness hospitality management, food and beverage concepts, wellness clubs, and wellness technology.
