HRI Lodging Appoints Molly Nelson-Sundermann as Director of Sales & Marketing of Holston House Nashville
HRI Lodging, LLC is excited to announce the appointment and promotion of Molly Nelson-Sundermann as the new Director of Sales & Marketing of Holston House Nashville, a 191-room premier boutique property in the heart of downtown Nashville.
Located in an iconic 88-year-old Art Deco building just blocks from the Cumberland River, where the city of Nashville was born and next to many of Music City's signature attractions, Holston House has an ideal location for modern travelers to discover Nashville's vibrant streets and neighborhoods. The property is part of Hyatt's Unbound Collection, a global collection of unique and independent hotel experiences.
In her new role, Nelson-Sundermann will oversee marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue and keep Holston House top of mind as a great place to stay, eat and visit. As Director of Sales and Marketing at Holston House Nashville, Molly Nelson-Sundermann will showcase her impressive experience in the hospitality industry, including her experience in sales, marketing and food and beverage services and continue bringing unparalleled experiences that are part of Hyatt' Unbound Collection.
Prior to being a Sales Manager at Holston House Nashville, Nelson-Sundermann was Director of Sales and Marketing at the Crowne Plaza in Greenville, South Carolina. She took pride in fostering productive relations with corporate, business and travel industry professionals as well as with community organizations, professional associations and the media. Her other previous roles included being an Operations Assistant at the Hilton Head Marriott and a Bar Manager at the Columbia Marriott. Nelson-Sundermann also served various leadership roles such as Food and Beverage Manager at Renaissance Arts Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, Catering Manager at The Double Tree Hotel in Columbia, South Carolina, Sales Account Manager at The Spartanburg Marriott, and Senior Sales Manager at The Asheville Convention and Visitors Bureau.

In addition to her impressive career, Molly attained her Bachelors' Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management at the University of South Carolina. She is currently a member of the Tennessee Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and Tennessee Society of Association Executives.
