Montage Beverly Hills Appoints Jennie Hoffman as Director of Sales and Marketing
Montage Beverly Hills has announced the appointment of Jennie Hoffman as director of sales and marketing. As a seasoned professional and award-winning marketer with years of experience in leadership positions for numerous hotel groups, Hoffman will now oversee all sales, marketing and public relations efforts for the luxury hotel. At Montage Beverly Hills, Hoffman will create and implement effective strategies for maximizing revenues from business and leisure travelers and group clientele.
"With her extensive, results-oriented experience in the hotel industry, Jennie is a great addition to our hotel's executive committee, and we are thrilled she has joined our team," said Colm O'Callaghan, managing director of Montage Beverly Hills.
Hoffman joined Montage Beverly Hills from the Pyramid Hotel Group where, as regional director of sales and marketing, she was responsible for hotels in Los Angeles, Hawaii, and was part of the transition of a property in Ireland. Previously she spent 14 years with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and six years with Marriott International, holding positions across the brands including director of sales and marketing and area director with responsibilities including opening several new properties. Under her leadership, a few of her hotels won the Sales Leader of the Year and Sales Team of the Year awards. At Starwood, she was also nominated as The Sales Leader and Sales Team of the Year in 2014.
Hoffman credits her passion for work to the many positive ways hospitality impacts people's lives. "This industry brings people together to celebrate, meet, entertain and make memories," she explains, adding, "I feel accomplished and proud every time our guests depart satisfied and happy."
Schooled in Eastbourne, England, Hoffman continued her education in United States and earned a Bachelor's degree in information systems from Northrop University in Southern California. She went on to pursue a Master's Degree in marketing with a minor in communications from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California.
