Hotel Phillips Appoints Brent Grider to Director of Food & Beverage

Hotel Phillips Kansas City, Curio Collection by Hilton announces the appointment of Brent Grider to Director of Food & Beverage. In this role, Grider oversees food and beverage operations which includes the hotel's three outlets - Tavernonna Italian Kitchen, P.S. Speakeasy cocktail parlor, and Kilo Charlie A Coffee Story by Parisi; room service; and over 7,000 sq. ft. of event space.

Grider joins Hotel Phillips with a strong skillset in food and beverage operations bringing more than 15 years of experience to the hotel. Prior to joining the Hotel Phillips team, Grider served as the Beverage manager and Sommelier at Bread and Butter Concepts where he was responsible for all beverage operations. In further developing his hospitality portfolio, he was the the Complex Director of Restaurants and Bars for ten years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts/Westin & Sheraton at Crown Center.
