Boyken International to Provide Project Advisory Services for Kor Hotel Group's Viceroy Anguilla Res

Orlando Office to Oversee International Project in British West Indies.

ORLANDO, FL, July 25, 2005. Boyken International, a global construction-consulting firm, has been selected to provide project advisory services for Kor Hotel Group's Viceroy Anguilla Resort and Residences, a $155 million mixed-use resort development spanning 32 acres that will include a new Viceroy hotel. Boyken International's Orlando office will perform a number of services for the project, including project and procurement advising, design management, cost-estimating and scheduling.

The project stretches from Barnes Bay to Meads Bay on the island of Anguilla in the British West Indies. Upon completion, the 570,000-square-foot development will feature luxury accommodations for sale or vacation rental including a five-star 88-room Viceroy Hotel, 32 condominiums, 6 town homes, and 35 single family beachfront and ocean view villas. Site amenities will also include a spa, restaurant, conference facilities, swimming pools, beach bars and tennis courts. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2005 with completion slated for March 2008.

Pierre Rousseau, Project Manager, will oversee the development's progress and assist Kor's Senior Vice-President of Design and Construction, Jack Bousquet, in identifying and selecting qualified and competent hospitality contractors in order to ensure the highest standards of quality and workmanship are achieved. Mr. Schrank adds, "The Viceroy Anguilla Resort and Residences offers a unique resort estination - unprecedented on the island. We will work closely with the local government, ontractors and the KOR Hotel Group to ensure that quality, cost and time requirements are met and exceeded whenever possible to deliver this world-class roject."

Boyken's Central Florida experience includes project management and cost management consulting assignments for the Walt Disney Corporation, Buena Vista Corporation, CNL Hospitality, the Ginn Company, the University of Central Florida and Marriott Vacation Club.
