New Hampton Inn & Suites Opens in Ames, Iowa with General Manager Shannon DeRaad at the Helm

AMES, IA. and MCLEAN, VA. June 1, 2016 - Hilton Worldwide's (NYSE: HLT) Hampton by Hilton brand, the global mid-priced hotel that serves value-conscious and quality-driven travelers around the world, today announced the opening of its newest property, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Ames. The 90-room hotel joins the Hampton by Hilton family of more than 2,100 Hampton by Hilton, Hampton Inn by Hilton and Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton hotels.

Located at 2100 Southeast 16th Street, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Ames is near Iowa State University and the Iowa State University Research Park. Additionally, guests will be near business offices for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Iowa Department of Transportation. The new hotel is managed by Patriot Hospitality.
