Discover the redefined buffet of colourful and rich flavours of Straits cuisine ranging from authentic Peranakan dishes, traditional roasts, seafood options and all-time local favorites.

Gotten enough of cold cuts, western roasts and steaks? Executive Chef Paul will be hanging up a dazzling array of perfectly Asian roasts, ranging from Roast Pork Belly, Roast Duck to Roast Chicken and Char Siew . He will be showcasing his signature dishes like Nyonya Hokkien Mee, Fish Curry, Steamed Black Cod Otah, Sambal Sting Ray in Banana Leaves, Steamed Carrot Cake with Mushrooms and Chinese Sausages, Ngoh Hiang, Cincaluk Omelette **and the perennial Oyster Omelette**.

Knowing that we all just can't get enough of Buah Keluak, our celebrated Kueh Pie Tee will be boosted with a dollop or two of the “Nyonya Caviar”, a.k.a Buah Keluak. Our long time regulars will join us in welcoming back Orchard Cafe's famous Ah Huat Braised Fatty Pork (Kong Ba Pao with steamed Buns) - a simple yet delightfully unforgettable treat! Other Straits favourites like Rojak, Satay, Popiah and Nyonya Laksa will also be served at various Live stations, freshly prepared for you.

On top of all these, the traditional Perankan claypot dishes that have captured your heart and stomach over the past 8 months will continue to entice: the tender Lembu Rendang (Slow-cooked Beef Cheek Rendang with Nyonya Spices), the healthy Nyonya Chap Chye (Braised Cabbage, Black Fungus, Pork Belly and Fermented Yellow Bean), the flavourful Babi Pongteh (Braised Pork Belly with Fermented Beans), the spicy Ikan Kuah Lada (Pink Snapper and Brinjal with Tumeric and Peppercorn Gravy) and not forgetting the must-have traditional Ayam Buah Keluak (Braised Chicken with Indonesian Black Nuts)! Chef Paul has even prepared the black nut spices with minced meat thoughtfully in a separate bowl to ensure all diners will get to try his famed Buah Keluak!
